2. Limit your fruits. Keep fruits to no more than two servings a day for this phase only. I’ve noticed that some of my clients end up eating too much fruit. Although fruit is a very beneficial fit female food, it does have sugar in it, so you have to be careful not to overload on it. Limiting yourself to two servings a day during this phase will keep your body changing and still give you the benefits fruit has to offer.
A client of mine was following the Fit Female Nutrition Rules from Phase One and wasn’t losing weight. She said, “I’m following it exactly, sticking to everything.” I usually see people respond quickly when they adhere to these rules, so I started to ask questions and found out she was consuming five bananas a day. She loved bananas, and I hadn’t told her she had to limit her banana intake, so she was having five a day. Limit your servings of fruit to two per day while you’re trying to lose fat, and the rest of the day, eat vegetables at every meal.
